Absolutely terrible
Since I purchased my Mazda last month and the MMS service the app and Mazdas network has never worked. As I understand it this has been the case since at least August or even July. Mazda promised a fix by Sept 2 Ned but now on Sept 30 the still doesnt work. Ive also had no response from Mazda about the issue. Just silence from my customer service inquiries. If you are buying a new Mazda Id go with the traditional remote start option as this fancy internet based one is a waste of money and Mazda charges over 60$ per tea for this useless service onto of the expensive install at time of purchase
