hasnt worked yet

I have a 2016 mazda... I was told by the dealership that this doesnt work with iOS 9. Huh ok? Ill wait until they fit it. FOUR attempts to contact mazda looking for an update and no response. $700 bucks and its -14 this morning... so nice to be blown off as a new customer.
