Worst remote start ever

This is possible the worst app on my iPhone. Please enable Touch ID support and make the app login happen locally. Why does it take 2 minutes to login to the app? My BMW remote app has Touch ID and logs me in instantly.

Why does the car shut down as soon as the door is opened?

Why does the server keep going down? As of today I cannot connect to the car again. It was like this the first 2 weeks after purchase and it took an entire day at the dealership to fix and now its not connecting again.
