I love my Mazda but... The remote start is a fail

For how much Mazda charges for the install and monthly service I expected more from the app.

It takes way to long to log in and just has long every time one wants to do something to the car.

I feel like I would use the remote start more if I had an old fashion remote on my keys. This can be slightly improved is the app lets you use Touch ID to log in.
